That is good news on the increase in pipeline capacity. The extra 250k bpd that is not stranded in Cushing helps the price we get. As far as issuing a news release that it is cold in Fort MacMurray I just do not see the need for it. If you look at COS average production, 300,000 is about normal. I have never worked at Syncrude, but I have worked in a sawmill in the past and breakdowns simply happen. They are unavoidable. The key is to minimize them.
