Hi Elmo!

Thanks a lot for the very detailed response.

I agree with you that there can only be a educated guessed range of where their all in costs will be but what I took out of this transaction(s) is that the entity is viable at current and highly probable with 10-20% lower prices too.

As I am from Austria I am not into the North American Coal Marketet but as far as I could get impressions (from my Alternative Energy Invest in North America) we see that energy generation is done more over gas and coal which should support thermal coal.

Met coal seems to be different and I have no idea what steel makers are doing in the US right now but as the biggest austrian steel maker plans to invest a lot of money (at least for them) to open a factory in the US the market might not be that uninteresting?

And if I could write a letter to Santa I would write that I wish for a big russian or chinese steel cooker to come and buy out Nova hopefully with a premium to what SND paid (similar to what Sprott did with PBS Coal) leaving us with nice cashflows from the royalty and the debenture and giving us nice cash for new streams.

Thanks again it is always good to know that somebody with greater knowledge and wisdom does have a similar opinion about something. :-)
