What other consortium are you trying to say backs Clermont/NexGen? Your post is unclear on that matter. Sure, Sophia Shane sounds familiar. She's investor relations on Africa Oil that was recently oversubscribed in a financing and raised $232.5 mm, and Horn Petroleum that closed a $15 mm financing about 6 months ago. A far cry from the 600K short this Pinetree/Mega and unnamed consortium backing Clermont/NexGen couldn't come up with. As seen with Lukas Lundin's companies, it's not difficult to maintain a loyal base of investors when you treat them right.
