The difference between the Endo deal and and separate partnership is pretty obvious. Endo owned and controlled it all, including the communications. As bad as BNC may appear in the communication category, Endo brought us down to a new dimension.
They could now deal with different countries and their approval processes accordingly rather than the Endo/ FDA process. That path was destructive to a Canadian Biotech Product seeking approval in the U.S...
It appears that Health Canada is a much faster option and likely the same elsewhere (other than the U.S..). For example, we can be marketing and selling our product in one country while seeking approval in other countries. Other Parma(s) located elsewhere can become the prime distributor for their jurisdiction and not have full control of global rights.
Personally I like the fact that they have this option of involving different groups. I never like the control that Endo had. especially since we weren't that high of a priority to them.
