Race- Where do you get your information from....it is not under an SEC halt...SEC rarely asks for a halt...but when it does ( actually cant even remember the last time the SEC asked for a halt ..will find out ) the code is H10...

LPH Currently is at T2 which is a process where the company has to fliter information publicly before the halt will be lifted. Its a process....If it goes to T3, then halt will be lifted. If it goes to T12, then the NASDAQ is asking for additional infomation, which then may take months...
