RE: RE: RE: RE: Why so cheap?

I may be too pessimistic but more than anything I am trying to be realistic and conservative in my view if we get a permit. We all have a value in mind thats fair and that is what makes a healthy market.  I am waiting patiently for an updated PFS with increased reserves. It may change my view on taking on debt or it may add to my current view to sell or partner if the price is right.  Managment in my view has Spun selling the mine as much as building it so in the end Im hoping an indepth cost benefit review plays out in shareholders favor.

As far as increasing the reserves it would go a long way to secure more favorable financing which in my view will cost CZN about $20 million a year in interest and more if tied to lost profits.  The CEO recently mentioned in an article Casket Creek would add to mine life which stunned me as their last PR was more down beat on Casket Creek. Im not sure if this was a planned slip of the tongue or smoke but I really would like to see a nice increase in reserves.  The price of lead is the main driver here imo.  I am a firm believer it will be lead more than zinc that has shortages.  Good Luck
