Hey GF - An aggressive buyer won't sit back and wait for the FS release. I also have been following Wall Street too long to believe that there are no leaks or "eye winks", so negotiators are not in the dark (this case being no different). To the extent their are interested buyers (and lets hope we have quite a few), I'm sure price has been very much discussed in great detail. Best, Roro.
