gardedBut this would be regarded as insider trading which is a no-no. A CEO buying a large block of shares prior to a positive news release of such magnitude would catch the attention of the Sec.. I do think that his purchase adds to the momentum.. and hey, it worked. His purchase was mentioned in the media, is discussed here and he already made over $300,000 in one week. Sort of similar to Ackman announcing that he was short Herbalife which crushed the stock over the next two trading sessions..it's like these guys have a licence to print money. But when the party ends, they sell and then short. >
