RE: RE: RE: Help As I understand it from reading the Rice news release ((https://news.rice.edu/2012/09/04/every-atom-counts-in-graphene-formation/), they are exploring how graphene forms during the vapor deposition process, a very complex, costly, multistep method of forming graphene, not suited for most commercial uses.
Apparently, Grafoid will be holding patents on a one-step scaleable process for producing graphene in bulk from raw ore, which will bring the cost down to where it can be used in common consumer products as well as automotive and aviation components.
I suspect there will be a revenue stream on some level at Grafoid considerably before Lac Knife reaches production.
