price targets

I know we've discussed this before - how analysts are frequently wrong when it comes to price predictions, but still.. here are the updated 12-months price targets assigned to CP in December.  Also, has anyone noticed that housing is slowing down?  Vancouver home sales are down 31% in December 2012 vs. December 2011.  Isn't housing a major barometer of economic activity?  CNR is flat in the lats 5 weeks but CP is up +17%?  We all know that it's not rational behaviour by any stretch of imagination.  Current share price is implying 25% annual revenue growth for the next 5 years.  Is it achievable?
