Hi, no it is correct. A NPV value $ is calculated from all cash inflows/outflows discounted for the future value of money. The $105m is a cash outflow, inflows coming from oil sales. The number of shares only comes into the equation, when dividing NPV by shares out and the no should include an estimate of increased float from financing. The 250m shares at 20c is though open to debate, i would hope ot finance if possible at a higher value for less shares out than 250m.

 

I am told by MRP Brian that news is being prepared for this week. I've not tried to contact MRP for some time now, so let us see if what was said to me is corrrect.
