Fairweather - I think the TheRock means the case may settle out of court. Would be sweet, but one cannot bet on lawsuits.

Re: increased in-sourcing by Ford, how would this expand the economy? The Federal and Provincial governments are looking for Ford to expand production and increase employment opportunities in Canada. There is no net gain in employment from closing AM and Ford taking the work in-house. The CAW would not be pleased to see layoffs at AM, whose workers are also CAWs. Ford negotiated lower labour rates with the CAW on the promise of additional jobs.
