Yes I like Warren!! What about IMC ???

 Yes I like Warren Buffett but I don't know how IMC is run, what is their business ethic if any. If it is anything like the french Co. Ariva, we (share holders) will be treated like MUPPETS. Is there any one who knows this co.? I know Warren owns 70% but other than that I only know it has locations all over the world and I believe head office is in Israel. How were other companies and their share holders, that they took over, treated?
