Managing the news flow is very important for Orbite -- especially in the period before commerical production. On the other hand, once the HPA plant is up and running, the HPA production and SGA de-risking milestones that will be achieved and reported will finally grab the attention of the BNN talking heads. The price will finally begin to take off, as revenues begin to come in. Funds will want to own Orbite. As momentum ramps up, the retail investor will jump in, sending the price even higher. We are almost there.
What really gets my interest these days is the nature of the structure of the RUSAL/NALCO joint venture. There is also the question of the spinoffs that Orbite management mentioned in the last AGM. They were supposed to announce these by the end of 2012, at the time of the original BFS timeline. Now that the BFS has been pushed into Q2 of 2013, I expect news and anticipation of the spinoffs to begin to take shape.
