The sent you a nice binder, and you waited in the mail for their pre-punched update booklets that you filed in your binder. The covered mostly small company medical stocks if I rememeber correctly; long before they were a " PR" company, although, who knows if they were taking fees for their recommendations....i remember it was expensive, and i did not make any real $$$, so I discontinued......
