The enigma of NUS is that have had such a hard time getting funding. If they had gotten $500,000,000 some years ago, they could have been mining now, and made a billion per year. They could go on to Tonga etc and make many billions. What have the rich shareholders been doing? They have probably just been waiting. They didn't need the money from NUS operations, but they did not want to be left out when the future starts. This bid might force them to take a decision. Fund NUS for real or fold. Not this ridiculous game of finding $50,000,000 or whatever the dispute is about. The major shareholders could put billions into NUS tomorrow if they wanted to.
