YJK is licensed to run a small tonnage, thus high grade operation. The drilling results didn't add much to our high grade possibilities, thus it looks increasingly like an artisan type operation appropriate for a small private concern, all just imo.
The cost of corporate life, what with directors salaries, ceo/cfo's stipends, listing fees, quarterly and annual financials, audit, various provincial and federal filings, etc, could well be in the $100,000 a year range, depending on depending on; wouldn't count on a 5% dividend for awhile.
Not negative about YJK, or BoD. We have cash, and a property with value for right operator.
We have the need to redirect YJK.
I'm not against the royalty idea either, just interested as to where it will lead us; will we leverage; what level of risk/reward royalties; how much BoD expertise do we have in this area ? etc etc.
