Western Copper and Gold Corporation is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in developing the Casino Project. The Casino Project is a copper-gold mining project in Yukon, Canada. The Casino porphyry copper-gold-molybdenum deposit is located in west central Yukon, in the northwest trending Dawson Range mountains, approximately 300 kilometers (km) northwest of the territorial capital of Whitehorse. The Casino project is located on Crown land administered by the Yukon Government and is within the Selkirk First Nation traditional territory and the Tr’ondek Hwechin traditional territory lies to the north. The Casino Property lies within the Whitehorse Mining District and consists of approximately 1,136 full and partial Quartz Claims and 55 Placer Claims acquired in accordance with the Yukon Quartz Mining Act. The total area covered by Casino Quartz Claims is approximately 21,126.02 hectares (ha). The total area covered by Casino Placer Claims is 490.34 ha.

I think looking for a pop may be missing the point with WRN. A lot of people will look at the amount they need to raise to put it into production and say it will be too much dilution and will never happen. 

It probably won't...at least not with WRN.

I think a more likely scenario will be one of the big boys come around the corner and scoop it up. There has been enough posturing over the NSR the past year.

 Lets face it, if you had the ability to fund it to production and it would make you $1.7 billion in profit then how much of that $1.7 billion would you pay to acquire it. $150 million seems cheap!

Maybe it gets sold for what it is trading at today or maybe like most acquisitions you see a big bump. Hard to say what it's worth to the investors in the market but I'd bet some company will find a billion plus dollar profit a little hard to resist. I think it just needs to sink in a bit.

Yukon companies like WRN and NFR have had it tough because so many people lost there shirts on Yukon promotions but I think companies like these that have big big deposits will get eventually get taken out.
