Is the family known for hostile takeovers?

Please, give us some links that verifies what that family has done and who they are.

Where is the evidence that they even have $300,000,000 in free cash.

 

What does the law say. Can anyone just publish an offer, even without having the money. I guess why not. It is a free country. Does anyone know the rules?
