Redmetal, lenders usually finance the project (not the pubco) so that is why I always say that they don't neccessarily need to dilute the stock...if you look at the previous company (most companies do that as well) that the ceo got financed then you will get a better idea how the funding process goes....this is all my own opinion and i urge you all to do your own due diligence as i have been wrong on many occasions
