RE: CEO Sold to Exercise Options? Hey Dr_airtime...
For the best source...go to the source!
I recommend you go to Sedi.ca...all insiders must register their transactions there...Canadian Law. I have a print out of the entire history of Bradford Mills and it cost nothing...the service is free. Infact..the site gives you the entire list of all insiders and you track them from there.
My advice is to be patient on your first visit to the site...it just takes time to become familar with the process to access information. I will give you some helpful hints.
Once at the site...you will find the header Access Public Filings in the upper right hand corner...click on it.
It will bring you to header View Summary Reports...click on it.
On that page check off Insider Transaction (right under Report Titles) click on it...procede to "Next" on the same page....click on it.
Once there locate header Identify Insider or Issuer...at Select One choose Insider Family Name...next header Identify Date Range. Fill in information accordingly.
Locate header Optional Criteria...click on Common Shares (check off)....Move down to Search...click on it.
It should bring up Bradford Mills....click on View.
I found this to be an excellent source of information...very important in making investment decisions.
Enjoy! Stick to it....it is a great site!
