Really NR is just a repeat of Oct nr. When is the ordinance hearing?  Town says the ordinace was not intended for Curis ???? But  they are on record at town hall meeting (video) changing name of Curis to "any company" that use sulfuric acid. Clearly ordinance was created for Curis and now town denies this.  Curis should win this but in wild west Arizona you never know who judge is influenced by.
