20% of the company for $2MM? How in the H is TAM worth $10MM? Pine Point is effectively worthless. As is that pile of dirt in Peru they call a potential copper mine. If Los Pinos was worth something, why didn't they sell it rather than generating massive dilution for paltry cash...
But I have to hand it to Peggy. She got another fool to invest in TAM. TAM isn't worth a penny and she got this dope to pay a 500% premium.
A year from now, when the financing fails to materialize yet again, the creditors will circle and Peggy will have run yet another company to its knees. (I'm being generous since current valuation can hardly be deemed a success)
