What you are saying regarding volume is entirely erroneous.  The actual volume is quite significant.  I have traded this stock for a few years, trading from the states and I have never had a trade actually register under the trading symbol MLKKF, not once.  It shows in my trading account as MLKKF but will trade on the TSX as broker 7 or 99. Few pink sheet trades of Canadian stocks show up as a pink sheet trade.  Anytime there is buyer/seller the meets the trade requirement, the trade takes place through a third party on the Canadian exchange, never to be documented on the pink sheets. I have an order in right on the venture exchange for a different stock, it does not even show on the pink sheets but I can see my order on the TSX-venture exchange.

 

When they had failed to file before and the trading was halted in the states it hurt the sp significantly and volume dropped off by ~20% .  The only time I ever directly contacted the company...trying to explain how the trading markets actually work.
