No way it's the same guy haha, and obviously anyone who makes such a low offer would have the ability to close. Think about a the value versus the offer price, christ I'd lend $2 against $4 in assets its common sense this deal will close. Bailey is a force to be reckoned with, obviously bullsy but the only other deal I found ended with shareholders making money. He offered at 7 cents and the company went private at 26 cents in June of this year..not sure what's going to happen here but he has an eye for asset rich companies with depleted share prices
