RE: RE: RE: "Guess Whats Happenin' " To be fair - I can't say with any certainty at all that there is anything wrong with what is being done. Just haven't seen it before and it raises a lot of questions. Certainly, a CA handling the funds is comforting, but that in itself is not enough assurance on the use of funds. For example, the template for sending funds says "professional fees and other costs" - thus, I assume other costs could include travel, meals, incidentals, etc. Or am I mistaken? Is their a requirement explicitly stated that funds have to be used in the most prudent and efficient way possible - who makes this distinction? The people spending the money? I believe in controls and risk management - but I guess there is an element of trust and buyer beware, and if the donaters are comfortable, then fine. But, seeing how previous shareholders were duped by Agoraposters in the past into believing stories of castles in the sky, it would be nice to see some added protections and assurances (which there may be, but that info hasn't been posted in the same forums).
