 why would they put out a release?subsea minerals is a seperate company and its not joining the bid its only Mr. Goodden who will be the new interim Chairman? dont you read?

"Gooden is currently the Chairman of Subsea Minerals Ltd. and was a former senior advisory board member to Nautilus Minerals Inc. Mr. Gooden will assume the role of interim chairman of the board at closing."
