That's not how it works ....    each wells production will be trucked or flowlined to a central processing facility.  From there, the export crude will need to meet a specification for BS&W (Basic Sediment and Water); salt content; sulphur content.   The overall quality as far as API goes will be a blended amount and negotiated between Mart's marketing engineers and the customer at the custody transfer station.   Sometimes the transfer point is at the plant gate; or the crude is not 'sold' until it is on a ship.

No worries at all about this API content.  It is good news, will be blended, and processing facilities tweaked to handle - and all end up in the export line.
