Something is up with BKX.  If you watch the daily trade action, the bid/ask will stall, say at .50  if the ask side increases in size, molre than 50K, someone comes in and scoops the shares up.  No volume for a hours then bam,  50,000 share move.  This cycle has been repeating a lot lately.  Hold the price down, then scoop.
