PIMCO New York Municipal Income Fund III (the Fund) is a non-diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund's primary investment objective is to seek to provide current income exempt from federal and California income tax. Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 90% of its net assets in municipal bonds which pay interest that is exempt from regular federal, New York State and New York City income. The Fund may invest up to 20% of its total assets in investments the interest from which is subject to the federal alternative minimum tax. The Fund also invests at least 80% of its net assets in municipal bonds that at the time of investment are investment grade quality. Pacific Investment Management Company LLC (PIMCO) serves as the Fund's investment manager.

Excellent post bugoff.  You explained this situation to a T.  It's really a cr_p shoot with these technology startups.  I got a little hit with Fuel Cell Technology several years ago.  This company rented space at Queen's University to create some type of credibility but it was run by some masked raccoons.  Yep I got burnt with that.

 

My respected friend uPROFIT is attempting to get his money back by investing in Intertainment.  Something (my spider senses) is telling me that this INT is going in the same direction as Poynt.  DL may be smarter that AO.  So there may be some outside chance that INT will stay afloat.

 

But I ain't touching that play even if I had a 12inch nail.

Just my thought on this mess that Andrew Osis created.
