PIMCO New York Municipal Income Fund III (the Fund) is a non-diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund's primary investment objective is to seek to provide current income exempt from federal and California income tax. Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 90% of its net assets in municipal bonds which pay interest that is exempt from regular federal, New York State and New York City income. The Fund may invest up to 20% of its total assets in investments the interest from which is subject to the federal alternative minimum tax. The Fund also invests at least 80% of its net assets in municipal bonds that at the time of investment are investment grade quality. Pacific Investment Management Company LLC (PIMCO) serves as the Fund's investment manager.

But when INT made the JV agreement and loaned PYN the $1.5 M everything was WONDERFUL... when I voiced my opinion about it, I was pretty much told to _ _ _ _ off... then when he became a director, that was ALL the BETTER!...

The "former director" didn't end up with PYN, the company who loaned them the money will though... and that's a long way from saying the director did.

Personally, I think if you put a little piece of rotten chicken beside fresh chicken in the fridge, you're not likely to get a plate full of fresh chicken... IMHO, that little piece of PYN is going to give a lot of people the _hits, and all of those people are oddly enough going to have one thing in common... ; INT shares.

But that's just my opinion...
