PIMCO New York Municipal Income Fund III (the Fund) is a non-diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund's primary investment objective is to seek to provide current income exempt from federal and California income tax. Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 90% of its net assets in municipal bonds which pay interest that is exempt from regular federal, New York State and New York City income. The Fund may invest up to 20% of its total assets in investments the interest from which is subject to the federal alternative minimum tax. The Fund also invests at least 80% of its net assets in municipal bonds that at the time of investment are investment grade quality. Pacific Investment Management Company LLC (PIMCO) serves as the Fund's investment manager.

IMHO, the only law suit you might see out of this deal is the one that will come after the court date... when the court recorder publishes the real first name and last name of everyone in attendance (who is active in the proceedings).

Seeing that DL and INT are very active in suing posters for defamation, etc. it will be interesting if they sue someone for what has been said on this BB...

... unless (like I have suspected all along) that someone doesn't really go to court in the first place... and maybe that someone didn't really do and say all (or any) of the things they claimed to have said and done...

One thing is for sure, DL isn't going to leave much wiggle room for someone, in what I see as an open and shut case of slander... but thats just my opinion.
