RE: Trading activity IMHO, the only law suit you might see out of this deal is the one that will come after the court date... when the court recorder publishes the real first name and last name of everyone in attendance (who is active in the proceedings).
Seeing that DL and INT are very active in suing posters for defamation, etc. it will be interesting if they sue someone for what has been said on this BB...
... unless (like I have suspected all along) that someone doesn't really go to court in the first place... and maybe that someone didn't really do and say all (or any) of the things they claimed to have said and done...
One thing is for sure, DL isn't going to leave much wiggle room for someone, in what I see as an open and shut case of slander... but thats just my opinion.
