Nautilus wouldn't and come out and say the offer is fake because they really have NO idea if the offer is fake. It looks to me that Mr. Bailey is flying by the seat of his pants & doesn't have a cohesive plan or team to pull this take over (if that's what you want to call it ?) off.  A lot of fumbling going on here makes me think Mr. Bailey does not run a tight ship. Nobody that Mr. Bailey has identified in his releases will confirm their working with him. haha
