What does it even mean that the offer is fake? Suppose all NUS hareholders consented to sell their shares at $0.97, it is not unlikely that Bailey (likely a fake name) could raise capital. But so what.

 

I am tempted to beat Bailey's offer. I offer to buy all shares for $0.98. You must all send me a legally binding signed letter before the 1st of March. If more than 95% of all shares are offered to me, I will buy them before the 1st of April.
