If a sale was so imminent they would not have given Sprott 750,000 shares.  The real negotiations will start in Feb.  This company has been on the block for so long that they will not be forced into anything. They will diligently explore every possible option and I assume they will go with the one that lets them participate in the future developement of the property. Most likely a stock deal with TGZ.

Let us not forget the possibilty that both TGZ and OLE go together or that one goes before the other.  The bottom line is that they will eventually both end up as one. Again all my opinion.
