I agree w/ all you say Tony,,,, except I think we'll hear/know something sooner.  . .... and Tree's   Unsubstantiated Optomism comment sure has merit here.....  my take is   TGZ is just going to sit back and wait and see if another Bid comes in-- But ole wont wait for them..... FS maybe announced last wk of jan, RBC  works it  in Feb, Deal announced early march,  Closes in May.
