I should reitterate again from his last comment. Donville hates REIT style stocks. EDU has low ROE because it has high capital invested in the buildings. He also likes money making companies. So I am not surprised he doesn't like it. Why would anyone ask him again on this one? Why is no one asking a REIT specialist. Charles Dillingham, he likes this stock too. Someone ask a REIT analyst, stop asking Donville!!!
