Up nice today but low volume. CUV is being valued based on State property only now, which still gives a nice profit if all permits get in place. From what i rad the recent public hearing in Florence was evenly split between those for and those against the State project; no opponent has anything more than personal opinion so permit should be forthcoming for the trial wells (which the State really wants sone).
