RE: RE: Microscopic vs Panoramic Views

No sense in being angry at Woulfe for their conduct over the last couple months.  The power to move this company forward has been in the hands of IMC and Shinhan alone for quite a while.  Thus, it is senseless to be getting upset with Woulfe over their current conduct.  Rather, any frustration ought to be properly channeled to the moment in time Woulfe put all their eggs in IMC's basket without courting any other offtake options.  Of course this is easy to say in hindsight.  There wasn't a shareholder out there that wasn't elated to hear about the signing with Berkshire's IMC.  Neither Brian nor the shareholders knew that IMC would attempt to string Woulfe out this long.  Material news hasn't been released because there is no material news to release.  Brian is nipping at the heels of much larger companies to accelerate the deal, but also must be careful not to be too pesky, because frankly, we are so much at the mercy of IMC now that they could squash Woulfe's short-medium term prospects.  This deal will finish, and we will all be happy campers when it does, but in the meantime any frustration ought to be directed at Woulfe's decision to sign with IMC 9 months ago, or perhaps more accurately, at IMC directly.  Welcome to the world of being the little guy, we are all here because we see the enormouse potential of both Sangdong and Woulfe, but when your the little guy, you don't make it out of a brawl significantly beat up and bruised...It's no surprise that Woulfe has assumed risk with it's potential for reward.
