Tx CB - much appreciated.  I am 15% down from my entry into this position - since the announcement.  I thought I was buying a steady cash cow in elbow river.  Not convinced the ER sale or this merger does anything for AVF holders.  The market seems to concur with this position.

I am sure this posting will get a 1 rating from the charger shareholders that seem to have made out rather well since the announcement.  If this merger falls apart I wonder what will happen to CHX?  Will a counter offer come in for pace or avenex?  Fingers crossed.
