Frank

Do you really think it's a good idea to buy a company who is at the mercy of another just to make it a success?

The only way Bayfield will be able to create value from the Burn's Block IMO is "if" Rainy River decides to take them out. Rainy River has all sorts of options to put the screws to Bayfield as Bayfield has next to no alternative option. Correct?

If that's your idea of a good business model...then back up the truck. I've owned far too many little junior mining companies that have gone no where in a decade to consider this...More often than not it's insider that are the few who make money...and off who?...You and me with the investment dollars.

We are presently in unprecedented times...Where junior mining companies are trading at fractions of what they should be based on the assets they have already drilled and identified in the ground. Wouldn't it be a better idea to put your money in a variety of companies with these large proven assets...or clinging to "sub par" companies hoping management beg for peanuts from a neighbor?

Motive? Just trying to pass on a little advice from 25 years in junior mining investing...take it for what it's worth. You want to be defensive that's your issue...
