From the sentence, it seems to say that the loyalty business is ok even for resellers. It's not clear what plans are being considered. But hopefully things will pan out.  It's a dynamic industry with Air Miles and Aeroplan challenging new frontiers. Futura should go with the flow and adapt accordingly.

 

If negotiating, then the goal is to make a profit. It's probably good for Futura that "outsiders" ie: bidders, air out ideas about the best way to achieve profits for the company. It's good to see things from the perspective of others, because it's easy to lose sight of the financials when the company is one's pride and joy. Growth and nurturing of a company, at all cost, is not a motto to be followed in this business world.

 

So I hope for better things to come.
