Well the insiders were very active in the new Aurvista financing which is an extremely good sign. McCarvill bought nearly 1.7 milliion shares himself! Two other insiders purchased about 300,000 more shares. So, about a third of the new financing,done at 30 cents/share, was contributed by insiders. I for one will be looking for an opportunity. You can bet that if insiders liked the share price at 30 cents, they will start buying below that share price.

At 30 cents per share that gives VIO (after you add in Vior's cash on hand) a value of at least 6.5 cents/share or a 50% return from current share levels.  Of course, insiders aren't going to invest this much in something unless there is a huge return potential on top of the 30 cent AVA (6.5 cent VIO) share price.

This is again a no-brainer to invest in either VIO or AVA at these levels.
