The Special Committee of the Board of Directors is currently undertaking a comprehensive review of the challenges facing the Company. This involves a thorough evaluation of a large portion of the business, including operations, forward business plans, accounts receivable, business controls and processes, management functions, forward dividend plans, among other aspects. The Special Committee has been diligent in its review over the past period and also has the authority to retain additional professional advisors as necessary to complete its mandate. While the Special Committee hasn't set a timeline for when they'll complete their review, they certainly understand the urgency of the situation and plan to issue further information through press releases as material decisions are made.
