The last two posters need to re-think their positions, along with management. The great cash flow that AVF had was due to Elbow River. Why would you sell the hen that lays the golden egg? Something is very wrong here...

 Keep in mind that if we as shareholders don't vote for this, the whole deal falls apart and we won't be saddled with Charger and their losing track record around our necks. This deal only benefits Charger's management. They only want to get their hands on our proceeds from the sale of Elbow River...
