An updated meeting notice was filed on SEDAR on Jan. 9th. It looks like the March 12, 2013 planned meeting has been ``cancelled``.
It doesn`t state if another meeting will be scheduled at a later date. They would need to schedule another meeting if they still intend to go through with either a share consolidation or a 20% (I believe) or greater equity financing, or both. One probably has to keep checking SEDAR over the next few weeks to see if a new meeting notice gets filed.
Also, it doesn`t provide any firm hints about the status of the current and near-future cash situations (without and additional pp tranches).
