Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, capital gains and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of dividend yielding equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in dividend producing equity securities of, or derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities of Asia Pacific Companies that are listed and traded principally on Asia Pacific exchanges. The Fund will invest in approximately 60-120 equity securities and will select securities through a bottom-up process that is based upon quantitative screening and fundamental analysis. Voya Investments, LLC is an investment adviser of the Fund.

I doubt it... Huntington is a major field, one of the largest found in the NS in recent years.  Plus production will be choked given limiations of fluid handling on the FPSO, so highly unlikely production will be lower than stated. Same goes for declime rates given choke and size of field.  Plus big upside for INA on the Fulmar.  And they did not overpay on any metric I'm aware of.  INA's acquisition of Huntington is a company maker that will have them producing >8K bopd in a few months (that's more than IAE now). That's a $1 stock minimum in short order or I'll eat my hat.

You're either not doing your homework db or you're making it up as you go.  Stop missing the gains and get on board, the recent volume alone should tell you something.
