Chief Geologist:-

You have to adjust the approach to the size of the mine, Metanor's chief geologist Alain Blais says. You don't try to make the mine fit the size of your dreams.
"You have to adjust the approach to the size of the mine, Metanor's chief geologist Alain Blais says. You don't try to make the mine fit the size of your dreams."
So while today's mill has the capacity of 1,200 tonnes per day Metanor has scaled it back with a plan of milling at 800 tonnes per day instead.
"The key, Blais says, is to find the right pace to mining. At the planned rate the exploration team will have four years to find more ore."

Alain Blais appears to be a new addition – not yet mentioned as part of management on the web site?  Is AB geologist dedicated to production methods – if so this may be a good personnel investment. Andre Tremblay is designated as VP Exploration.

Perry expects a resource update by the middle of next year, and with
stellar results from last year's drill program, there could be a good increase.

Does that mean 2014 for the feasibility? More likely the interview was in 2012 and June 2013 is pencilled in [not inked in]. What is a "good increase" for an accountant who should be a little more precise, even if that it is stated as being "not less than....."

Now the original plan has been reversed. Instead of cash flow from Barry ore funding exploration at Bachelor Lake, cash flow from Bachelor Lake will fund the development of Barry.

This seemed to be a foregone conclusion.
