I feel fro you... when BWR was bought out I went through the same thing. I felt that the offer wasn't high enough, but at the same time didn't want the stock to fall if the offer was withdrawn.

I just had a look at IMN's fundamentals... I can see why some feel like they can get a better bid. IMN has a nice book value, earnings, etc..

Think about it. Things could be worse, you could be like me and not own any shares. I wish I'd have bought in around $50 a little while back.
