Normally, the dumping would just keep hitting us down and down over repeatedly.  This time, whoever dumps someone buys in large lots.  Personally I believe things are going on behind the scenes for SCG.  We need a steady increase of share price not an INT style $2 jump. But what the hell, I think it can happen.
